Post a few pics, the clearer the better.
Your profile is a little lean, beef it up.
Its OK to look at the guys profile too, to get an idea of what other profiles look like. You won't show up under 'Who viewed my profile'

Participate in the forums, let people get to know you. And not just how nobody wants to email/IM with you. The women here do not like whiners.
