good afternoon my fellow lepers! and good morning to those of you who are lacking in time cause of timezones!

I have one more present to wrap, need to finish cleaning the living room, and make a run to the grocery store and then I'm ready for 14 people for dinner tomorrow night, this has got to be a record, I didn't procrastinate! woohoo!

Its after Christmas! You procrastinated!

lol! NOT MY FAULT! The kids were at their moms' for Christmas so we are having Christmas for them here tomorrow night.

I went easy! We are doing finger foods. I raided the grocery stores appetizers in the freezer section! Gonna throw it all in the over as people start arriving, and BANG! Dinner is served!

After dinner, I'm gonna put the dessert together. I got a new Deep Covered Baker for Christmas. It's a Pampered Chef Stoneware piece. It's like a large roasting pot. It fits in my microwave. It's a really easy recipe, and I bet it's better then Steve's cobbler (hehe).

Take one can of peaches and one can of peach pie filling, dump into bottom of stone. Take box of yellow cake mix, dump on top of fruit. Take one stick of melted butter and pour over top! Cook in the micro for 10 min on high, take out, stir a bit, put back in for 3-5 more minutes, then let it sit for about 10-15 and let it finish cooking in the stone. DONE!

This stone is awesome, it lets you cook a WHOLE chicken in 30 minutes in the micro, a pork loin in 20, and bbq ribs in 20! I can't wait to try it!

I gotta go shopping today, secretly, tomorrow is Ryan's birthday, but I don't know what to get him!

Well, finally had Christmas with the folks. Snow finally melted enough to get to thier place.

We had the kids Christmas tonight! OMG! We made them open one gift at a time and take turns so we all could see what they got! They actually got tired of opening gifts! It took 2 HOURS!!! Right now the couch and the surrounding floor is covered! I'll see if I can't get a pic to upload on here from photobucket!



too much chit! The neighbor has stuff to bring over for them to open, and one of their aunt and uncle couldn't make it, so we need to go by their house too! OY!

Oh and thats not everything! Some of the stuff has already been taken upstairs, like new babies and stuffed animals, and they each got a new pillow and blanket that they are sleeping with right now!

I will say this though, they got a lot of new clothes that were desperatly needed!
