Tell em to talk to some truckers, they are a helpful bunch as long as the situation deems it. Also can talk to other passerby's, as it is only a few bucks I'm sure someone could spot em.  here here... i mean hello not everyone in this country is mindless and helpless... if he seriously needs the help and what not he wouldnt mind asking for some from passerbyers and truckers..

Surely someone can call the petrol station and buy him gas using a credit or debit card?
And when he gets to the toll booth, there must be some arrangement that can be, erm, arranged. |
