In Fort Wayne, Indiana mall they still have one. Just had one about a month ago. Yummy still.

Out here in L.A., it's "Orange Bang!", which I would assume is kinda-sorta like "Orange Julius". BTW- the last Orange Julius store just closed down in my area a couple of months ago, so you'd be best served by not going to L.A. to quench your need for the stuff.
