Ive been training him for a month. He hates how slack the other shift operators are.

Oh they arent here now...just on the other shifts. Theres certain preventive maintenance procedures that we have to do...and the other operators arent doing them when they are her on there shift. |

I worked at a place where the operators woudl do the same thing and when day shift came in they had double work to do, plain lazy
