The actions of Christianists in supporting and even fighting in foreign wars of aggression immediately brings the whole of mainstream Christianism into question. The supposedly Christianist United States of America has joined the Islamists countries on the long list of militarist states that wage war in the name of a Higher Power.

As mere human inventions, all religions seem subject to manipulation and corruption. The debate as to what actually constitutes Christianism goes back as far as Emperor Constantine and the Council of Nicea in 325 AD.

The political problems of human religions distracts from legitimate investigation into the single unifying nature that an infinite power must possess. This proves to be difficult for most to understand as indicated by the conflict between acknowledging a Plane of Immanence and the supposed need for transcendence underpinning hierarchical social relations.

The wholesale rape, pillage and exploitation of the environment through the violently destructive extraction of resources conflicts with belief in the omnipresence of an infinite God. This denial of infinite God, in practice if not in word, proves useful to mainstream political economics.

However, science and the rigorous logic of philosophy relentless seek to understand the nature and implications of the inescapable unity provided by infinite God. The limits of this understanding creates barriers to the progress of science and philosophy.

The hidden variable theories seem to be necessary to adequately explain the universe as we observe it. The implications of the hidden variable theories would be far reaching if they ever found mainstream acceptance.

Albert Einstein, admitting to belief in the God of Spinoza, sought a unified field formula to the end of his life. Physicists Evan Harris Walker and Nick Herbert assert that consciousness is the hidden variable.

Physicist David Bohm identified the hidden variable as the Implicate Order. Physicist Jack Sarfatti long considered information to be the hidden variable.

The proven existence of the zero-point field suggests that the search for the hidden variable belongs in the center of contemporary physics. Many of the issues involved are discussed in the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know!?” released in 2004.

It seems to come back around to the conclusion that we are all intimately connected within the same indivisible universe. What happens to one happens to all, there is no separation.

With this understanding the necessity for a peaceful solution seems like a no-brainer. Peace for one requires peace for all.
