Topic: I just realized--

I am only between 30 and 35 pounds away from where I want to be!! I've already lost 18, so I'll be happy with another 30, but if I can go 35 more, I'll be even happier!! I guess it is my change in eating habits, a lot of water, the "shots" of apple cider vinegar, and my daily walks. I am just glad something is finally working for me!

Thats great RedSox !!!! Nothing like feeling great about yourself inside and out !!! I, myself have lost a few this year, down to a size 8 jeans now.And I feel friggin' FANTASTIC !!! Keep it up and I hope you get to where you are going with it !!!
