I don't think you can block them, but in the box with their comment, it says you can "report post" click that!
 If it is derrogatory!

What a shame. I know on other sites you can block certain people. And before anybody tells me to go to those sites

No, blocking is not an option. I seriously doubt such an option will be implemented. That would equate to "self moderating" and that approach simply will not work.
What you can do, is report any offensive post/s, and we will be happy to look into it.
