just wanted to say hey and cant wait to meet some cool people and such. hope everyone has a great thanksgiving. i work at a country club so ill be cooking for about 200 people thursday. lol gotta love it.

in my profession there are no holidays...just lots of cooking...i will start at six in the morning thursday and leave about eleven hours later....makes the beer taste better at the end of the day!
