I am doing fine. Spent the morning with friends I haven't seen in a while. Had a little snow at thier place while I was there.

renovating a house from the ground up. I have to look at it before taking that on!

Yeah, pretty big job to take on there.How big is the house, one story or two ? Youre gonna havta sub contract alot of work out huh ? Or do you do a little byt of everything ?

It is an one story, approximatly 1300sqft. Built in 1941 or there abouts. And it will be just me working on it for now.

Not too bad for sq footage, but it is very old.No wonder they want it fully restored from ground up. Are you not gonna hire some worker-bees ( :) ) to help you ??

Ahh, sorry to hear that.But Im sure youll do just fine. But let me know if ya need help on the roof.I did date a roofer for few years ya know.I have picture proof Ive been on a roof !!! :)

I do hate roofs. But, single story, multi angle so it should be fun.
