Well I'm sitting home for another month. sorry to hear that. I know you were looking forward to going back to work. I had my knee xrayed today. School wanted to make sure I didn't do any serious damage. Hospital said it was just bruised so I'm just going to try to rest it and ice it this weekend.

School wanted to make sure I didn't do any serious damage. Hospital said it was just bruised so I'm just going to try to rest it and ice it this weekend. I'm glad your knee wasn't broke music, sometimes it takes longer to heal when you just bruise it. So take care of that knee and don't put to much stress on it.

At this point I need to keep working it a little so it doesn't stiffen up. Seems if I don't it hurts more. Had to take it really easy on the ice today. Can't even think about kneeling on it. I'm supposed to go back to the doc tomorrow but I have to change that appt. Hopefully they can see me Friday.
