Which explains why there is a GAL.I wouldn't dream of putting my child on the stand to diss his dad no matter how I felt about Dad personally.Anyway in NH you have to be 13 to testify about where you want to live.You and the ex need to put aside your hate and work out a plan so your kid can get thru this with as less pain as possible.
the mom will get caught in her Owen lies on the stand by her daughter.the mom is bipolar or something and the courts have let her do anything.my daughter has been in counseling for like 3 years.one has to walk in another persons shoes to understand the case.is it wright for the mom to have 7 boyfriends that the child had to get tucked in in 2 years.no i don't think so.or a mom that does not pay medical on the child.or a mom that wants to move a child 4 hours away from the town to be with her new boyfriend no 7.the mom has not had one job that lasted 6 months.i could go on and on
