Yeah, "Black Ice". Their first new studio album to come out in 8 years, sold exclusively at WalMart. $11.88, or something like that. ROFL They were THAT desperate that they went with Walmart? Apparently, it was a pretty good marketing decision. They're flying off the shelves, and had (I think) the biggest first-week sales in history. aren't they all about 60 by now?

I'll tell you how. Buying products that are manufactured in third world countries where very often children and minors are exposed to unsafe and unsanitary conditions and who will work sometimes 15 hour shifts to make the equivalent of $20 in stateside pay. |

Wichita has 6 Walmarts that I know of with plans to make another.... That's like Subway sandwich shops here. I swear to God, there are at least 15 of them in this town. Everywhere you look, there's another damn Subway store. It's disgusting. Their food is disgusting. Quite recently a documentary (UK) showed the blatant disregard by Subway for their customers............ Dirty preparation areas, too much salt in the food ( when they claimed the salt contents had been reduced) left-overs left open and heated up the following day and a number of public health violations. |
