Ahh... I know they always talk about how "our neighbor to the north" has free health care why don't we. But living in England where they have socialized health care, I saw how crap it was first hand. Anyone who had any money went to the states for operations, and went to private hospitals.

No its not like that here. Ive seen first hand the crappy health care system in the USA. From the docs to the nurses........gaaaaaaaaaawd!!!! NIGHTMARE!!!!
Apparantly if you have an small operation in the usa......and no money??? No anestesia!!! and I know this first hand......  That would have been uncalled for and cruel here.

I have NEVER heard of anyone not getting the correct anestesia because of lack of money.
Maybe up there, they over anestisize(sp)! hehe. Course I have a pretty high pain tolerance and I don't like being put under so I have only really had local. Except for when they cut my wisdom teeth out, they put me under for that. |
