In this section, feel free to post any prayer request you might have. It might be little or small, God cares about all of our needs, no matter how trivial, no matter how exclusively huge. He loves us, and their is power when the believers come together and pray.

This thread isn't limited to just the prayers for severe medical things and extreme trying times. Sure, add those prayers here, too... by all means. But trust God in the small stuff, too. Make him Lord of your entire life from top to bottom, and don't be afraid to ask him and trust him to bless even the teeny-weeny itty bitty stuff. We come to Him in dire need, but remember to come to Him when we are NOT in dire need.

Pray without ceasing.

I am posting a prayer request that all those lost or on a sad journey in bitterness will be found and see that everything is for the good of God, even the hard times.

1) - OK, so I have a bad habit of forgetting to take my medicine for Diabetes. Recently I have started setting an alarm clock in my bathroom to come on playing a radio station. This reminds me to go take my meds. I need to remember to take these medications. It seems like it would be easy, but having to do it every day takes some getting used to I suppose. If I don't take my meds, things go very wrong, just Google "Diabetes" and you'll see some of the symptoms, I'm sure.

So, if you folks could say a simple prayer to help me remember to take my meds, it would be great.


2) - To go along with this, I will also be brave enough to say that I love to eat. I love to cook, I love to go out to dinner, I love to go to other people's houses that are cooking dinner. Food is cool. Problem is, I forget to watch what I am eating. A couple days, or even one big meal at the wrong time can send my life spinning as a Diabetic, so it has to change. I could stand to lose 50lbs., and my doctor says the threat of Diabetes lessens with every pound I would lose.

So, please pray that I can watch what I eat, also that I can form some kind of long-lasting exercise regimen that is interesting and do-able even in the Michigan winters.

The flesh is indeed weak, but in weakness, he is made strong...

A. The Christian adds another dimension to concern for the body.
i. The day you became a Christian, something happened to your body. Another dimension was added to your being.

This seems to be a good place for this from the
Psalms.

It is a blessing to know that our prayers are heard.

...takes his black Harley Davidson felt hat out of the closet (see photo left...)... clicks on his guitar amp in the darkness of his apartment, ties his Ronnie Jones Blues Slide (patent pending) onto his wrist... flings the steel slide into the palm of his hand... notices his guitar amp is now warmed up...

slides from the lower frets in to a minor pentatonic blues riff that matches sharp's "G" chord......

... hit it brother....

That's what i'm talkin about, would be fun i am sure, wish i could use a slide, my fingers don't work well with one, I know a few blues scales, bet we could get something sounding good, have an amp i rarely use, has more settings than I will ever learn,

I had the same problem, so I invented a round steel slide that has a hole drilled in one end, through the hole I have a 22" piece of nylon chord that wraps around my wrist, then the slide dangles in the palm of my hand, and doesn't rob my of a fretting finger.

I would ask that ya'll say a prayer for me as I am looking for a God written love story.I am 24 divorced with 4 kids my youngest is 1 mo. I have been divorced about 1 yr. and really wish I would have tried harder to make my marriage wk. But we were too young I guess. I pray that I will find a good Christian man someday.

Prayers that your prayers are quick to come

ahhh, the wise words of King Lemuaels Mother in prophesy that she taught him.

Prvbs 31:30 Favour is decietful, and beauty is vain: But a woman that feareth (reveres) the Lord, she shall be praised.

I would like to pray this afternoon about relationships. Sometimes things come up and it prevents people of both sexes from communicating. My prayer would be for all of the girl-guy relationships as we so know them, but not just limited to that and not just limited to intimate long-term relationships.

I think its important to have prayer for your friends, too. Guys can have female friends, and ladies can have men friends, and these types of things can be very good for both people. But let's not stop there. Let's pray that guy-to-guy buddies and girl-to-girl buddies have the same blessing. And of course we'll pray for the intimate and long-term relations people share. I just wanted to point out it was my intention to include all relationships of all kinds. Even the ones with your children, nieces, nephews, mother, father, grandfather. Maybe even the relationships with have with the people we work with or see at the grocery store.

I just feel really motivated to pray for this particular thing this afternoon. That god would give us all good relations with those people in and around our lives.

And that we thankful for the small handful of people that are in our lives each day. Be grateful to God that we can enjoy their company today because they may be called home to be with the Lord on any given day. In that day we might miss them, but it is good to know that they are in the Lord's hands that day, and as we have faith, we too will one day be with the Lord. But given this day right now, let's enjoy the people we care for, and pray for them, and be thankful for them.
