started with my ex room mate trying to get out of moving out today, and my having to tell her no, she was gone (hasnt paid a single cent of her rent obligations, and wont even pick up afetr herself throgh the house), followed by a call from my mother letting me know that the storage yard I left my cargo trailer in in July was broke into, and my trailer stolen. And the storage facility is going to try and deny any obligation to recompense me for it, which means getting a lawyer.

first of all ..look over the rental agreement it probably says not responsible for lost or stolen items..good thing initial consutations are free..second sounds to me like you got rid of someone who was sponging off of you..good deal
maybe not such a bad day ..but a new beginning..all in how you look at it...
