I am a single parent to a fatherless child and I only get to spend time with her an average of three hours a day because I have to work full time to support us both. Whitley...I totally feel you there again..but hopefully it will be that she sees how much you care for her enuf to sacrifice spending time w/her to make your life as well as hers..comfortable and loving...You should be proud..even though its tough...YOU ARE DOING IT lil one... |

I feel I'm a burden or an irritating agent to others. Everyone who lives in Southern California feels that way because people here treat each other that way. Try visiting another state and you'll be amazed at how much nicer people are. |

I just feel guilty that she spends more time at daycare than with me. She will see what you do with the time you have. Kids adjust well as long as they know they have a base. You wouldn't feel guilty if you weren't a good mom. Hang in there! |

I just feel guilty that she spends more time at daycare than with me. Make the three hours a day quality time, your child unconditionally loves you. They will remember these times as time passes. My daughter is in college and still remembers the stories I read to her before bedtime. Good Luck, and keep it up. |
