Sounds like a Judge Judy moment, have they looked into juvenile groups? Those tend to help with out of control teens, a wakeup call for some...either way, best of luck to you!

I always find myself attracted, on all levels, to a woman...*emphasis on WOMAN*...within my own age range. That would be 5 years above or below my age.

Certainly, I wouldn't discount someone within a few years of my preferred criteria. However, I would never date anyone in their 20's...nor in their 60's.

If you look/read closely at posts in here...and that silly "cougar" thread...it really all does boil down to: Age DOES matter to everyone...except pedophiles or those desperately "seeking".

To me, having an age limitation is like saying "I won't date you because your shoe size is 11." What has that got to do with anything?

So some of us have ridden the planet around the sun more times than others. So what's that worth, in the end?

People talk about "maturity," but show me where there's any REAL correlation between age and maturity. You know any juvenile 40-year-olds? I thought so.

People talk about "life experience," but everybody's is different anyway, so two people who were both 35 would have had completely different life experiences.

I still have a hard time with the "I wouldn't date anyone as young as my kids" or "I wouldn't date anyone as old as my parents" criteria. If you can't differentiate between your own kids and/or parents, as opposed to someone else who just coincidentally happens to be the same age as them, you might want to get your eyes checked!

But preferences are individual, and people give me just as much grief over mine....

I can never really tell, to be honest. Some young girls seem way younger than others. I think it's something you have to judge from person to person, ot be honest. Just so long as it's legal.
