i ll eat mine this way for a couple of days , then i will take the roast and throw it in the crock pot and cover it bar-b-q sauce and have that for a couple more days until it's all gone !

left over roast can be used in lots of stuff stir fry sandwiches sheperds pie roast beef in hash browns beef dip chunks in salad lil salt an just eat it cold even mmmmmmmm roast beast is my FAVORITE
