so that makes her the predator in this situation just a thought but hey what do i know I was thinking the same thing. If she's older than he is, then she would be the responsible party if there was no force involved. Given that the OP states she's her son's girlfriend (which is an issue in and of itself), I'm not sure you can prove force. Of course, the other legal ramifications are that if she is pregnant and he is the father, he will have a lifelong legal obligation to that child. |

Have you thought about getting them both a child advocate? Sorry but I am a Social Worker for the State of Delaware. Check with you state social services and catholic charities or ministries in the area that might make this situation better for all.
