Mine was just a made up name of a character I played years ago, back when 'everquest' first came out. I kept trying to get my little dwarven warrior named "Hardon" as kids do, and eventually surrendered to the naming filter and settled for "Hardolin Battlemore"

I used it a few times here and there and soon I realised it was a name that always made it through naming filters and was never "taken". So no weird numbers and letters had to be tacked on etc.

LOL its to bad you couldnt have the one you wanted!

I chose my user name on the basis that I look like Firestorm from dc comics (well there's a vague resemblance!) Blaze is very natural for someone whose head appears to engulfed in flame.

As for the number...it's not a reference to my birth year...that would be obvious and boring. No what it is actually is the number of times I barfed after watching Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Oh, man...that was a grim night, let me tell you. 1978 consecutive film induced upheavals is no picnic, I can assure you.
