For anyone who has known suffering
and the redemption of Love 
I stood outside in the riveting rain. The clouds shed light on my anguish and pain, transforming them into memory as I knelt to the water falling down on me. Rush over me, rush over me healing water from above. You come to me as Light and Love. You cover my wounds with tenderness and care, knowing every cross I have had to bear. Come Angels from heaven to lighten my load, knowing this is just a passing road. I've been here before with memory in my mind. Everything will be alright. Water has amazing duality of being able to scar the landscape yet also to wash it clean ... Much like tears... Tears borne of pain can scar us to our core ... yet tears can also heal and set us free ...

If the rain has this effect.............Let it rain! and to coin a phrase of a song "Take me dancing naked in the rain" I love the feel of this because I could envisage the rain seeping into every pore and hair follicle on my being.
