alaska is beautiful rural country that is closer to russia than where im at now. perhaps CHEAPER to live there. im not working to pay taxes for folks that DONT..and then working in some damn city hopsital while half these people are DYING anyhow. V

i took care of a lady last night. just had open heart surgery ten days ago. she has since refused to take all of her meds...says the make her tummy hurt. forget her heart pills. forget that she might stroke out anyday. forget that these docs just did everything they could to prevent her from having a massive MI. lets consent to a triple bypass so that you can fight with the nurse about taking your damn blood pressure pill. after all your pressure is only 200/100... tax dollars...AT WORK HERE
