I think holidays suck, except for my birthday. I think Halloween is a good day to put up your Christmas tree and/or listen to gospel songs - especially if you're an unbeliever like me. And I've done just that (this year, the gospel songs -I threw out my tree 5 yrs. ago). I also like to watch Rosemary's Baby late on Christmas Eve, so that it's just ending shortly after Midnight. So Yeah, Dan, I think Halloween is sh*t and maybe phlegm, too. I AM DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT ALL OF THIS ! ! ! ! ! ! Maybe I'd like Halloween better if it was on my birthday......the only reason I like Thanksgiving is because it falls on my birthday every 5 or 6 years. I refuse to like a holiday that's not my birthday - AND I AM NOT JOKING. I was born on Thanksgiving....yeah, yuk it up...I was a turkey baby.....but I don't like when my b-day falls on thanksgiving! Try calling your friends after a turkey dinner to go have drinks with ya on your birthday.....they are all to full and are going to take a nap!!!! |

You have a good point......but in my case, that issue never comes up...I have relatives, but no family, and I have no close friends, and I can't drink. Oh, well........ |
