Current mood: ponderous

unspeakable pain, unimaginable joy, life comes at us in many different ways slapping us in the face or slyly sneaking by, and it is in the moments of absolute quiet that we can really take measure of it all.
love that takes our hands in the dark and relights a flame and burns with the light and warmth of the sun can suddenly turn in a breath and leave us cold and empty. grief and betrayl leave there marks on our souls only to find it fading in the promise of a new romance or old friendships rekindled.
its hard to really fathom it all, because life in all its wonders sometimes leaves us blind to see.
full of paradoxes it is something so compex its almost simple and today i find myself in awe.
