I can't upload a photo. I get to the part where you click "Upload" and it clears the text. WTF?

What format is your pic ? It has to be one of the following. gif, .jpg, or .bmp

hmmmm I don't think it's the file. I've tried several. how do I see if it's .gif or .jpg When you open the browse for files there is an arrow at the bottom that says 'All files *.*' or something along those lines, click the arrow and it will be the second selection. |

unplug everything from the back of it set it on the floor then just kick the sh1t out of it usually works for me
