To be held willingly is so comforting and we should never be without this warm feeling.
A sad day if you can’t get a hug from the ones you love when your heart starts rocking & reeling.
The first embrace you received was from yourself as you began this journey from the womb.
We can still receive the comfort needed by loving ourselves when faced with loneliness and gloom.

Wander aimlessly along the corridor of experience and you’ll only find gaping holes to plummet through.
These twists and turns we all have traveled, as our frailties are exposed for every one to see.
The distance between what we’ve learned and what we have yet to comprehend is
