.....fresh home made tortillas, set aside and keep warm.--then,fry up some country ham & hash-browns, set aside.-- then, this time scramble up about 6 eggs, with a touch of hot sauce. (stack each item, on two plates) Enjoy. PS bbq baked beans on the side.The men at the ranch house love this combo. We always make enough for all twelve men.
