Oh I just found what Lilith was referring to .. Its lucky for you Judy that you dont have to live on welfare and can afford to pay you bills and drive new beamers and wear prada.. makes you a SNOB to throw it around.. JMO from someone I honestly thought was a friend. Now let's set the record straight. I actually had to be on welfare when I was raising my first child alone. You know, the one I didn't abort when I was pregnant at 16. I also don't drive NEW beamers .. it is a 2003 that I got for 8,000 under the KBB retail price. Oh ya, and I had my share of POS cars .. heck I had one where the passenger seat would fall back and the rider was in the lap of the person behind them. I had horrible cars most of my adult years. And who the hell ever said I wear Prada? oh .. I'm sorry. Just because the Devil wears Prada happens to be one of my fav movies and I DO appreciate fine fashion .. My myspace page has a DWP background. No one ever said I could afford it. Wow. Just friggin wow. I have raised 5 children, most of the time with the help of friends and family. I have struggled plenty. I'm not a snob. Just because God reached down and blessed me, just cause He tapped me on the shoulder and said "This one's for you" does NOT a snob make me. For goodness sake get the facts straight. F2B

Even more so since I was there for this person when she needed support. Oh well ... such is life eh? I'm gonna enjoy my blessings ...

I think it just depends on the situation...
How the person with the "new stuff" presents themselves to other people.. If theyre in the habit of talking down to others,like Ive seen in these forums, then they deserve the negative BS they get.. I GUARANTEE YOU ... I dont do the jealous thing.. especially not with people I dont even know |

And btw Judy.. I thinks its great you bought a new to you car... That was never the point then I guess it shouldn't have been part of a thread eh? and the going to work/welfare comment that some took offense to .. was totally referring to the fact that it was suggested those who keep their children and don't abort them live off welfare .. I had 5 and didn't need to do that excepting for a very short period of time. Hence 'I have to go to work now' .. But then that was directed at someone who was arguing for argument's sake. Not at someone who had just stepped into the thread & was not part of the discussion. Bottom line .. EVERYONE'S 'attitude' may be misinterpreted online sometimes. Yep. Every single person's ..

some people are just too self-absorbed to be aware of anyone else or to feel any happiness for anyone else... I think sometimes they enjoy being a victim of their own doing... When I get to share in others happiness it makes me feel honored that they would be willing to share their good things with me!! tally ho!! thoughts become things, Choose the good ones!! DEBBIE
