Mine was doing that yesterday (there was a post earlier about it). Mine had a message that my flash player security settings needed to be updated, there was a link to do so. Once I clicked the link and updated, it's been fine.

Just close out the adobe by clicking on the red X, I think its having a hard time reading this site, at least you know your reader is working.

John. it never had that problem before, so i dont think it has anything to do with that... but then maybe i do click out the x mark but it still keeps popping up only on this site |

As you probably noticed mingle2's site went through some upgrades/updates yesterday and I'm guessing since you both experienced the same it could've been an embedded bug of some sort...
Just a word of advice...I think that acrobat reader is too loaded and takes on too many resources on the local computers. I recently switched to Sumatra .pdf. Their client is light weight and it seems to me like it doesn't interfere with anything else plus it’s free and it opens up much quicker than adobe's. Foxi is also a good alternative. Hope this helps! http://blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/ http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader_2/down_reader.htm |

There was some recent updates for XP too......does it have anything to do with that? Try rebooting your computer once or twice and see if it goes away.

You can usually update programs you use frequently or applications needed to run other stuff without being alarmed Queen. |

I do not include it in my BHOs for IE. |
