i hate the feeling when you gotta give stuff back to the one you love and thats no longer a part of your life, today me and the ex exchanged things, it sucked so bad more of a empty feeling.

Sorry to hear, it's hard at first but as time passes that dull stabbing pain seems to go away

i freakin hope so! sucks so bad, i cant get it outa my head.

emotionally, it sucks!!! but, think of it as streamlining yourself for times to come. my friends, which are incredibly successful, say that if you have something that can hurt you emotionally or financially, get it out of the way, sooner, than later, for it will fester, and slow you down, and lessen the quality of life in the long run. for we are here to enrich our lives, and gain wisdom, change and morph. it's not comfortable by any means, but emotional growth never is,. it's always out of your comfort zone.

i think in time i will be ok, just keep busy is all i guess
