I Carry on


I gather all the confidence that I can tocarry on

I can't see much infront of me

but I try to stay strong.

I take the responsibilites of this life as an honor.

The road seems long

I carry on.

Luck is all I got to call upon

Faith is the only thing I got to lean on.

At each turn in this road of life

dissaster awaits

another oppertunity to hit or miss

the entrance that leads to the pearly gates.

Each time it is a miss

I call that same wish

A hug to comfort me

that something I can see.

For now I got the faith that is blind

the luck that is unkind.

So I repent,

now I know what that meant.

I gather all the confidence I can find

I carry on.

Faith and strength only create, not break, a life. You seem to have both.

coming where your
every longing will
be heard and met!
