Over gas???? no no no...see, that's where i differ... Grilled to perfection, over charcoal and maple wood. Place the steaks right over the coals, seer both sides, and move to one side to smoke, grill to medium rare and brown over coals... On Texas toast, spread oleo over the bread, sprinkle with parmesean cheese and work that into the margarine, place face down on a skillet or griddle until brown. (i also toast the other side) Now, for those new potatoes you mentioned, yes lots of butter! And a good salad.. |
