Just looking at your face I would card you every time you even tried to buy cigareets or alcohol for sure. Part of that is the penalties that you get nailed if you don't but you look like a teen in many ways. The easy does it makeup keeps you looking youthful. Might be the hairstyle. Your eyes don't give you away at least in a photo. You have that expression that says you are more mature than a young teen but a touch of attitude that many almost 16 to 18 year olds have so I don't see anyone taking a chance of getting busted because you might be mid twenties but turn out to be younger. If you didn't have the good lighting for what looks like might be a portrait shot that tends to make teens look a little older I might could be able to make a better guess.

Since I had to match Jane Doe's in mental institiutions before the convience of computers and DNA I would probably rely on other physical markers that are usually more telling. Such as teeth, hands, breasts, gait and posture. As the face stops growing as fast as it does in the teen years and the teeth settle that is where you start seeing a womanly appearance. You are very fortuneate you have very good skin and even coloring. Pregnancy and child birth leave rather telling clues besides just streach marks which now days can be accredited to rapid weight gain or loss. Speech patterns usually give people away. Sometimes even the names people assign themselves. It was and interesting job that I kind of forgot about now years later.

LOL when I used to run a bar I could pretty well guess by the cigareets you smoke and the liqour they picked. Or even the music you play on the jute-box.
