Golly...now I want bread and gravy...and the gravy has to be made from fryings of bacon simmered in the skillet. With crunchy bacon bits in the gravy. What kind of cheese goes well with bacon?? |

I eat sharp cheddar, rarely. Medium cheddar more often. Mild cheddar...that's for macaroni...No, that's velveeta cheese. I don't know a lot about cheese.

Hmm...I used to get cheese from Tilamook, when I lived in Oregon. Tilamook cheddar cheese is just great stuff! Get it there, freshly cured and ready for eating. Then, somebody decided that Tilamook was a good place for grapes (wine), and they built a place alongside the main road for wine tasting and the cheese connos...conoss...experts. Ugh. Commercialization sucks. |
