There is a topic that often appears in the threads..... asking if the people we meet or befriend on line are real friends.....

I am here to tell you that for me, they ARE!

And I want to take a moment to publicly celebrate one of these special friendships with you

Bad Girl (aka Merle)

Merle... a dear friend that I met here on JSH/M2... heard that I wanted to get away for a few days to spend time with my sweetheart, but could not do so as I had nobody to take care of my children & pets...

So what did this amazing woman do?? She lovingly offered to come do this for me! Yes....... she put aside all of her responsibilities for a week to trek up to my state, so that I could make my travel plans and KNOW that my family was in excellent hands. (and for the parents that are readign this.. you know how vital it is to feel comfortable that your children are being well loved & cared for).

Merle has showered me with true unconditional & loving friendship in MANY ways....this is just one example. I want the world to know just how wonderful this beautiful woman is.

Altho we have not met ( im jealous lol) she has been there for via phone many times.. Listened to me cry or complain and vent if thats what I needed..All with an open mind and loving heart..

I don't know her as well as others of you, but I can say that she reached out to me with out KNOWING anything, at a time when I needed it so much and graciously invited me into her life and her circle of friends.

I am a better person for having "met" her and those who call her friend!

Merle is one of the most beautiful people I have ever "met". Not had the pleasure in person, but just from our conversations on here, I know she is a true blessing from God. She had mentioned to me the other day that she was doing this and I was not amazed, not surprised, not shocked...because something like that seems to be something that she would do naturally. We have all been truly blessed in being able to share Merle with the rest of her life and I know that she will be cherished by this family always...I love you girl

That is and awesome thing to do for someone. True friends like that are hard to come by.
