For those of you who dont know. THat is me, that was me 6 years ago. THen I had intestinal surgery for malrotation of the intestines was no longer able to retain weight. Then I was 208lbs with 6% body fat. Now I am 175lbs 8% body fat. Still built okay, but I will never look like that again. But I am still proud to say that I was
