Republican political strategy in a nutshell is fearmongering and hatemongering. So of course they will try to make a "terrorist" connection. That is why we are bombarded with ignorant emails about his muslim background and not being a citizen, so on and so forth.
Bush made the American people fear muslim nations in general for furtherment of his agenda. It worked for a while but Americans are not as stupid as he thinks they are or at least most of them are not as stupid as he hoped they would be. Bush made people so afraid that they forgot about bin laden and went along with the Saddam agenda. That was a great feat. The people of this country actually celebrated when we caught Saddam as if he was bin laden, imagine that!!! How can you control a bunch of people without them wanting you to? Make them afraid of something or find out what their worst fears are and make them believe that this fear is gonna happen unless you can do what you want to do. Bingo, control. |

We should start with the evil in the white house here at home if that is the case. Saddam had never struck us on our home land. Saddam had really never done anything much to us at all except participate when we needed him for our evil plans over there. If we are going to go after all evil dictators in the world, as Bush has lead us to believe we should  but only with the ones he wants then we would be too dam busy elsewhere to even run this country like it should be.

of course dems will win. they can thank bush for it, if it wasnt for him a woman and an african american prolly wouldnt have been on the card, as it is this race is tight because they picked kind of an odd candidate in obama, but he will unfortunately pull it off,lol. Are you saying if it wasn't for McCain picking a woman? McCain picked a woman after Obama got on the card. It's not because he's African American that he got picked. It's because of his intelligence, education, integrity and philosophies. the republicans put a black man on the democratic ticket counting on the strong racist undercurrent that runs in America..anyone who still believes that the "peoples vote" actually counts is living in denial...not even the write in candidate, which will soon be a thing of the past once the voting system becomes completely computerized, makes a difference anymore.. Okay, I know people will hate me for saying this but *COUGH* "poor Israel"...you are kidding me right?
The state of Israel has engaged in as many acts of terrorism as it's neighbors. It has engaged in illegal land grabs, killed women and children, attacked it's neighbors, denied peaceful people free movement, denied them the basics of life like food and otherwise antagonized it's neighbors. The U.S.'s blind backing of Israel no matter what it's actions is one of our biggest blunders. We are like the big scary father standing behind a badly behaved boy who is poking people with sticks, stealing their things and calling names. We stand there protecting the kid, ignoring his bad behavior and then wonder why the other kids on the block don't like him or us. An over simplification? Yes but behavior wise that's what we've done. |

I heard on the radio that McCain/Palin are attacking Obama with exaggerated statements because Obama is ahead. it's on the radio, tv, any news media you can find. Will the Republicans steal this election too? My mom calls me last night and asks if I've been hearing about what McCain/Palin are saying. She went on and on about what jerks they are with the way they are attacking Obama with unsubstantiated comments. |

well i ehard he recieved 30,000 from some pakistanis or palestinians. ntm he really hasnt been keeping good track of his donations like he should. kinda worries me a little bit, but im sure mccain's book keeping isnt much better,lol.
