No. I rarely look at profiles anymore, anyway -- usually just the snippets that come with the Mutual Match pics. If someone intrigued me enough that I looked at their profile, then they might as well know about it.

Nope. I don't see why that would be a big deal.

Nope. I don't see why that would be a big deal. It's a big deal because sometimes I forget little facts about the person that I should know because it's in their profile but i keep forgetting repeatedly for some reason so I'd keep lookin and it'll look like I was stalking them maybe? I dunno. Then there are the people that I'm not attracted to that I know would be attracted to me that I just want to see what their deal is but it'll come across to them as if I'm interested in them because I'm checkin out their profile |

In theory, a profile is there to be read and noticed, right? So there should be nothing wrong with someone reading and noticing it.
Of course, in reality, most aren't worth reading -- as I said to someone earlier today, the number stamped on my Excedrin tablet is more informative and more interesting than most of the profiles I have read on dating sites. But I do enjoy when someone posts something like "Oooooh, some creepy old guys looked at my profile! That's so disgusting!" as if it was some sort of personal insult. Maybe they should have a profile title like "If you're a creepy old guy, don't look at this," although that might actually have the opposite effect.... |

Also, how do you know these people that you're not attracted to would be attracted to you? Since when does a profile view equal attraction? |

"If you're a creepy old guy, don't look at this," Isn't that like saying "Don't read this sentence" Dude, I told you not read that sentence. |
