roundabouts or the sandard 4 way intersections? Never had to deal with a roundabout. |

Roundabouts work pretty good once you learn to plan ahead before you get to the intersection. Be in the correct lane ahead of time.

i kinda like roundabouts
but alot of stupid people need to learn that they must yeild to the cars already in the roundabout i've seen alot of road constuction around lately and they're putting alot of roundabouts in. seems like it's the new trend |

I like the roundabouts, but I can't stand it when people won't move to let you in. There have been times when I had to ride into the shoulder because somebody wouldn't yeild..

roundabouts or the sandard 4 way intersections? 4 way intersections confuse most drivers, they either assume they must park, drive in unison or are just dumbfounded not sure who goes first. roundabouts work a tiny, itsy bitsy bit better. |

I just want people who have a license to "drive" with some freakin sense.

I mean, and this could just be me, but don't you want to drive safe and smart and live? I could be wrong ya know, but common sense on the highway makes sense to me.

There is a new roundabout near my house. I haven't seen them before in my city. I haven't noticed it being any more efficient than a 4-way stop.

I grew up with rotaries (read roundabout FL peeps) in RI and they are here in Ohio.
Other terms I've heard are "Circle" and "Circlesection". |
