I got my 1st when I was 25, 15 years later I have a total of 7. I am planning on more, most of which are in all the place you wouldn't like. Main reason being, where I work I have to be able to hide them.

At least you planned ahead. a lot of people i know get tatts first ask questions later... and one thing to remember is " As long as YOU like it... Its all good"

Tatts can be sexy...depends on the person and what they chose to put on their body. I currently have 2 and plan on getting more.

As far as planning, I don't think that had anything to do with it. They all have meanings, as soon as I found the design to fit them meaning I got the tats.

hmm tatoos? some can be tasteful others not so much. if its the name of an ex its kind of a turn off. i always thought putting significant others' names on their body was not so attractive. i dont wanna be reminded of them or have to look at their name on my mans body. come on now heh.

small tats on like the arm, chest or back can be really nice.

I have names on my body. My kids, mine, and my grandparents all are mine for the rest of my life and beyond. As far as putting a significant others name, never. There are no guarantees that they will remain mine.

I have one on my upper arm, and I am planning on getting one on my left forearm. One is easily hidden. The other will require a long sleeve shirt to cover.

Then again, I am really not getting it with the thought of having to cover it up anyway.

When I finally decided on the design I said put it here.

Because I work customer service, they had to go someplace that could be hidden. When I am on my time, I really don't care what anyone thinks I show them as well as some of the body piercings I have. At work its a different story though.

i have 1, a pentagram on my ankle. as for tats on guys, i don't really care unless they have a bunch of really big ones that cover their skin- then i don't like that.

I have two tatoos, one of them I hate (scorpion)and the other I like (fish) The scorpion one has absolutely no meaning. (I am not even a scorpio)It makes no sense, therefore I am hoping I can find the right place that can do a good cover-up job. On women I don't like tatoos. Can't explain why, just don't. If they have a few, I am not going to complain about it though. I mean I can't talk, I am sure many women would rather not have me have a big fish on my arm. Oh well.

I find it amazing actually that some will actually turn away from someone that has a tattoo. Myself I have none at all but I have seen plenty that are really considered a work of Art. Even what some call the Tramp Stamp I would think to some that would even be sexy to them.

Tattoos are a way to express themselves and one should never base the person within over a tattoo.

Well unless they were Nazi type tattoo's then well it would be very clear of what they think. Even though I don't care for those at times. To some they have a different meaning to them then they do to me.

I have never judged the person themselves just because they choose to have tattoo's. That would be very shallow of me since my son has several of them.
