Well, I'm glad you asked. First, I picked up my daughters from their dad and found that there homework was not done which really irritated me because he had all afternoon to get it done. Then we went to the grocery store to get something for dinner and they only had the roasted chicken, not the bbq chicken like we like. Plus, the grocery store I stopped at is not the one I regularly stop at and now I know why....the prices were much higher. but, it was easier just to get what we needed there and go home rather than go to a different store. I mean with the price of gas it would probably would have all come out the same anyway. Then we got home and I made some veges and mac and cheese to go with the chicken. But, the macaroni got a little overcooked because I was chatting online (bad mommy). Shall I continue?

Okay, so while I'm cooking they are in the bath and of course the nightly "bath fight" breaks out and I hear screams of "she's hitting me!" "So, what else is new?" I think to myself. After bath and dinner (which they *****ed and moaned about because they apparently don't like peas anymore even though it was their favorite YESTERDAY) is homework time. My favorite part of the night. I must be a complete idiot because it takes me like 20 minutes to figure out what it is they are supposed to do....I mean the instructions the teacher sends home confuse me more than a VCR manual half the time. But, we're finally done with homework, dinner and bath and now we are laying down to watch Baby Bratz. My all time favorite movie.

SO GLAD YOU CARE!!! Well I have been swamped with homework among other things. (The trial of being a single mother and full-time student.) I just googled dating stats for a single mother and was highly disappointed to see that a lot of men refuse to date a single mother because she has A) too many burdens, B) not attractive (due to the fact she has children), or C) she is looking for a walking ATM. Very discouraging indeed. Especially for me since I am a young woman on her way to the top of her career ladder. I guess guys don't want to join up until I'm already at the top. By then I'm not going to want them. LOL.
