Three. The number of seconds it takes me before I honk my horn at a driver at a green light in front of me not moving One to Honk. I didn't see the 'how to' honk in the honking section of the drivers manual I'm sure it's there, I would never question a part of a car that provided some type of manual feature necessarily recommended for installation. as far as eyes can see From a rear view mirror if someone honks before three I have to question their temper My windows untinted I spy the meanie faces I can do "it" (Not IT) in > three I think three should be courteous without overly generous All Wrestlers pin eachother with these same rules and regulations. If not them, Why not us to pin down a honking rule unmanualized for all us drivers to wrestle over? |

very cool. this does not relate to the new york city metropolitan area, however. my trip there showed me that nyc'ers wait about .08 seconds before honking.
