Well it actually is a problem in our society we are lacking in teaching our children respect. We tend to push them off on video games , tv and computers instead of taking the time to teach them ourselves.

I swear thank god I came from were I came from. I hope my son feels the same about me as I do my parents when he is older. I know I'm probably one of the more strict parents but my job isn't to be a friend its to prepare him for life and raise him to be a well manner well spoken and educated individual. Honestly even if he hates me for being the way I am he will be a better person from it .

Lion...when it REALLY matters, he won't hate you, he'll think about you just like you think about your parents.
My kids use to use that word to me. And they throwed temper tantrums, whatever. Today, now that they're grown, my children and I are and can be FRIENDS as well as parent and child. |

It's kinda funny, my ex is the one that is going to spoil him and i'm like my dad. Alittle bit of a hard ass, but to an extent. So i will be looked at as the bad guy for a little while. Or, ill get lucky and things might work out for the better. Time will tell |
