There he sits
In that darned ol rockin chair,
Never sees a thing
Just sits there with a stare.

You don't know he's watchin
From deep inside his heart.
He knows you'll be judging
Because that's what you are.

You never seen the tears
He's shed with all the pain,
But look at who you are
And to whom you cast your blame.

You think he's weak and feeble,
You believe he's all dried up.
Well look inside yourself,
Unknowing little pup.

He don't care to know,
What about you are.
All he wanted was a friend,
But you carried that too far.

You crushed the heart he offered,
You tore his gift in two,
Yet right there he rocks,
Not even mad at you.

Those tears you see that fall,
Those ones you just can't feel,
Can't you see he's crying,
Because it's you,
You kill.
