Topic: Taking A Holiday | |
---|---|
Make the bed,
Wash the clothes, In this routine, I'm up to my nose. Dirty socks, Cob webs and dust, Toys all scattered, Clean I must. A barking dog, He needs a walk, There goes the phone, Don't have time to talk. The baby's crying, It's potty time, We're out of milk, Down to my last dime. The lawn needs mowing, My desk, a clutter, Close the blinds, Close the shutters. My usual routine, Will change today, Do not disturb, I'm taking a holiday. The dust bunnies, Will have to wait, Halloween is coming, Hey the house looks great. I think we're good, Until Thanksgiving, Potty time, Okay we're still living. There are somethings, I have to do, The dust can stay, Cob webs too. I'll change the child, Keep him clean, This house can stay amess, For Halloween. --------SDF 9-23-08 --------------- |

That was rather cute...I can see you with baby in one arm and trying to pick things up with the other. That was really good. Now go take your holiday. Things are supposed to look spooky for Halloween anyways.
