I currently have sprint and Im not very happy with them.

Plus I want a new phone...what should I get?

I'm happy with Verizon. i'm not going to say its any better, but it works great for me.

I believe its a bit more expensive, but I have service pretty much every where I go.


Just dont get the chocolate....its donkey balls.

I've been with Verizon since the days of the bag phones. Always good coverage in comparison to Sprint/Nextel etc. although I think that depends on where you live as well.

Verizon's customer service is outstanding. You can pay your bill online or over the phone for free which is a plus to me as most companies are now charging for that. You can almost always talk your way into a free phone. When I got divorced I had to separate our plans and the CS guy gave me 2 free phones that time (and not the junk phones either). All depends on who ya talk to.

I have a Krazor and a Chocolate at our house along with a kids phone called a MIGO. The Chocolate is ok, but I just don't care for the touch buttons on the front, I'm always touching stuff I don't want to........:) I wouldn't get it again, although it's perty! There's some really nice new phones right now with the Qwerty stuff and all that jazz.

i am obsessed with the texting... kinda helps when you are pissed off at someone and they keep hanging up on you... cant do that with a text

I have had great luck with sprint except my last celly with them sucked. I complained and got an upgrade to the instinct which chuck norris says is the most balla ph ever. If chuck says it ....it gotta be true.

I have a trac phone, haven't had a problem at all and good coverage.
