I've never tried meditating but I do take some time for "ME".

Nope i can say im not at this moment i still have alot of things to work
on that my advisor has been helping me with but i just havent had time to work on them :( , but medidtating is always most superb |

Working on the body is a great stress reliever. Yoga or any kind of
exercise is great for relieving stress and being at peace. Healthy body healthy mind. I have dabbled in meditation. Its more than just taking time for yourself. Meditation is about stopping all of your thoughts. Its extremely hard to do and it takes lots of practice. Your brain is thinking thousands of thoughts every minute. Try this. Sit quietly just for 5 minutes and stare at a blank spot on the wall. Try to stop thinking. Every time you have a thought label it in your mind (THINKING) and try to stop it. You will find its not very easy. You may have many thought per second and you will be doing a lot of labeling. Then try it for an hour or more. If you can master the process of not thinking, its mastering the control of your own mind. People can practice meditation for years and never master it. But the practice is very healthy and good for you. |

Yoga is one of the most relaxing things you can do. You are so focused
on your poses and breathing that it feels like everything around you sorta melts away. It's very nice. |

said it is very relaxing. |

In some areas of my life I am...in others I still need to work on
it/them...taking it one day at a time though |

It's allllll good Thndr Some things take time and being
at peace with yourself is one of them. Always remember to love yourself and others. That is what GOD wants us to do. |
