I have this old couple staying here that only booked their room for one night. They flat out refused to check out today I'm sold out tonight so I had to call one our arriving guests and tell him we don't have a room for him and now I have to pay for him to have a room somewhere else. OMG I hate people today. Why why why did I choose the "hospiality business"

they refuse to leave? are they paying for the extra night at least? by credit card? charge them double. make THEM pay for the cancellation.

As soon as they leave the room for dinner, run in there and pooh on their pillows. lol Though seeming as its your place that is pretty much s***ing on your own doorstep. ummm......just overcharge them.

As soon as they leave the room for dinner, run in there and pooh on their pillows. lol Though seeming as its your place that is pretty much s***ing on your own doorstep. ummm......just overcharge them. I did jack up their rate for tonight... however I can not force them to leave if they don't want to. It's a crappy rule but there's nothing I can do about it. All I can do is charge them for what I'm charging everyone else.

I know where your coming from there.Realy does suck.It even sucks more when your bookes full,And a storm comes in.And keeps everyone there and you are booked full the next night.With no rooms for any of the new ones coming in.So I feel for you.Been there & done that.Good luck.
