after katrina maybe people should be a lil more eager to evacuate when they're told to.

The Bush admin wasn't blamed for Katrina. It was blamed for the complete inability to respond appropriately to the disaster that followed. And some of they ways they tried to respond, in the very initial stages, actually made the problems worse. But the bush admin wasn't just the one being blamed. The deeply entrenched corruption in the state and in New Orleans in particular were also to blame.

It seems they are happily being their overly charitable selves to nobama sitting on his bidet at the moment. it's fun being a liberal, I guess.

They with held food and water and sent in their mercenaries to run a Martial Law drill. The government was more concerned with violating the 2nd amendment than it was with saving it's citizens.

well if you live in an area the is meant to be swamp or shallows(La), on land that is expected to slide in to the ocean cause of a fault(Ca), or on a state that will be in a hurricane(Fl), then I do not feel sorry for you. You are fighting mother nature and will lose.
